Production Time
Each hoodie is custom-produced after your purchase. Production takes 5–10 business days before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and exclude production time. Select your region at checkout — the shipping cost will be added to your order total.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Gasperety price.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 12 business days of purchase, contact us at gasperetysupport@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing gasperetysupport@gmail.com with your order number. Once production begins, address changes may not be possible.
