• To process purchases and deliver physical products
• To manage your account and ownership registry
• To send purchase confirmations and shipping updates
• To notify you of waitlist availability or marketplace activity you opted into
• To improve the platform and prevent fraud

3. Public Profile

Your username, owned numbers, and any profile information you add (bio, social handles, avatar) are publicly visible at gasperety.com/@username. You control what you share — only your username is required and publicly shown.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery
• Resend — transactional email delivery

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, are privacy-preserving and aggregated.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Ownership records are permanent by design — number ownership history is part of the public registry and cannot be erased. If you delete your account, your profile becomes anonymous but ownership records remain.

• Request deletion of your account and personal data (excluding ownership records)
