Refund Policy

All sales are final by default. Number ownership is permanent — once a number is claimed, it is removed from general sale forever. Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.
Digital Ownership
Digital ownership of a number (registry entry, profile, certificate) is non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed. The permanent, one-of-one nature of Gasperety numbers means the transaction cannot be undone without affecting the integrity of the ownership registry.
Physical Hoodie
Each hoodie is custom-produced for your specific number. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout (please refer to the size guide before ordering)
We will replace or refund the hoodie if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong number or color was printed
- It is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier
To report a defective or incorrect item, contact gasperetysupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Auction Purchases
Winning bids are binding and non-refundable. By placing a bid you agree to complete the purchase at that price if you win the auction.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same number due to a technical error, contact us immediately at gasperetysupport@gmail.com. Duplicate charges will be fully refunded within 5 business days.
Resale
If you no longer want your number, you may list it for resale on the Gasperety Marketplace. Gasperety does not facilitate direct refunds as an alternative to resale.
